We always have a great time at Time and Change. The food is on point and what you would expect from a neighborhood place. Whether we get carry out or dine in, the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The owners and staff are amazing and always welcoming. If you want a place where locals meet, eat and enjoy that 'everybody knows your name' feeling, this is the place to come. Drinks are awesome, and the bartenders are very accommodating.
They actually have quite a nice and extensive menu. Their prices are reasonable, everyone enjoyed their food, and our server was very good even given the fact that she had multiple tables including a large party. My only criticism is the fries….they weren’t bad, but they weren’t great. I’m thinking the fries might’ve been slightly thawed before going in the fryer which made the texture not so great. They need to be fully frozen if you want to get the crisp outside and tender inside. Other than that everything was excellent!

Great food! I am not really into the bar scene, but the hostess sat us away from the bar in the back, so that was really nice of her. The food was out very quick and tasted great.
They are under new management, and service/food was great. I had the pineapple upside down martini- yum! And created an Italian sub pizza- had a great night

Time and Change is so good!!! They were very busy when we visited today and the service was STILL incredible. Fantastic food as well - do yourself a favor and get the loaded tots. Hard to find prices like these recently. The owner is clearly passionate about making a great spot. Sounds like he’s been working really hard, and it shows!
